Shipping Time
For in-stock products, orders are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation and handed over to the carrier, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping times indicated on product pages are regularly updated based on stock availability. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of product and supplier restocking delays.
Delivery Time
Mainland France
Delivery time refers to the estimated period between the carrier collecting the parcel and delivering it to the specified address.
European Union & Switzerland
Afanaya France delivers to selected countries within the European Union as well as Switzerland for parcels up to 30 kg. Shipping costs are calculated based on the parcel weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Parcels up to 30 kg: Delivery within 24 to 48 hours after pickup by Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, GLS, or Mondial Relay. Tracking details are sent by email.

Parcels over 30 kg: Delivery handled by Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, GLS, Mondial Relay, or a freight carrier within an estimated 2 to 3 days, depending on the destination region.
Shipping Costs

Free delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica) for orders of €49 or more

For orders below €49, a flat shipping fee of €5.90 applies
- European Union countries: Free delivery for orders of €59 or more. For orders below €59, a flat shipping fee of €6.90 applies.
⚠ Important:
This policy applies only to orders placed through our online store. Orders placed via email, fax, mail, or phone for delivery in mainland France (excluding Corsica) may be subject to additional handling and shipping fees.
Carriers and Delivery Methods
Afanaya France mainly ships parcels under 30 kg via Chronopost, Colissimo, UPS, GLS, and Mondial Relay.
Customers can choose from the following delivery options:
📦 Pickup Point Delivery
Available Monday to Saturday.
You will receive an SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection. A valid ID and signature are required upon pickup.
🏢 Workplace Delivery
Hand delivery from Monday to Friday.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be held at the distribution center pending your instructions.
🏠 Home Delivery
Hand delivery from Monday to Saturday.
If the recipient is absent, the parcel may be delivered to a partner store or a nearby pickup point designated by the carrier.
⚠ Please note:
It is not possible to select a specific delivery time slot in advance, as delivery schedules depend entirely on the carrier’s route organization.
Parcel Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon receiving your order, it is essential to check the condition of the goods in the presence of the carrier before signing the delivery note.
In case of damage, defects, or anomalies, you must make clear and detailed reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip.
General statements such as “subject to unpacking” or “subject to verification” have no legal value and will not support any future claims.
Failure to report issues at the time of delivery may result in the loss of your right to claim for damages caused during transport.
